Spreadin’ the love

XCrazedPenguinX told me about an awesome idea he had the other day. Why don’t I rotate among the Rec clans so I get to play with more than just Rec A? So that’s what I’m doing. Rist Peblo is overlord of Rec A while I’m gone, and I’m now a member of Rec B for a month or so. After the Bungie match I’ll get back to hosting the full party custom madness and I can make some new friends in Rec B. Then it’s on to Rec C, etc. Yay!

It’s super easy to get in and chat it up. You can connect a few different ways, but the easiest is with the IBO Java IRC Client. Just click the link, type /join #podtacular and you’re in. Another easy way is with the Firefox browser and the Chatzilla extension. Just install it and click the ginormous link above. See you there!

Podtacular is going to battle the Bungie crew in the Bungie Humpday Challenge!

The rumors are true, the Unofficial Halo Podcast is going up against the official Halo everything! I’m pretty sure the date is Wednesday, June 14th Wednesday, June 7th at 8pm pacific. That’s 11pm eastern in case you don’t have an abacus in your head. Huge thanks to JVB, KP and Frankie for setting this up. So despite my feeb skills, I’m actually going to practice up and play in this match. It will be 5 on 5, and with JVB and me that leaves just 3 slots. I’m sure you’re wondering who those people will be.


We’ll be switching out people for each match if we can. Here’s the roster:
