This weekend the All-Stars played a 4v4 challenge match against 2old2play, the gaming community for gamers over 25. It was 4 games and Podtacular won 3 to 1! Two of them were very close matches (one team slayer game Podtacular won 50-47!) and the one 2old2play won they stomped us bad. So all together it was a VERY close challenge match. Thanks 2O2P for accepting the challenge! If you guys are over 25, check out their site too. They have tons of cool stuff like a web-based tournament system, nice forums, a “con” once in a while, a magazine, and a podcast among other things. FanBama34 and QuesoMan wrote writeups of the match in the forums.
Godfree and the crew at GamertagRadio.com came to MLG(Major League Gaming) Orlando prepared. He got some sweet interviews with TSquared, Lil’ Poison, some clans and some celebrities. I was also able to meet him there and get interviewed for GTR(Gamertag Radio). Be sure to check out their coverage of the event! He also has lots of pictures on flickr and I posted a few I took too.
Bungie just finished setting up their Halo 2 Vista section on Bungie.net which includes lots of great hi-res screenshots of the upcoming game on PCs. Unfortunately no screenshots of the map editor yet, but hopefully that info will be released sometime soon.
