It’s now the end of another successful Podtacular Season Tournament and this time we have Team Overrated taking home the title of champions of this season. Congratulations Team Overrated.

Before I go into any details of the winners, I would like to take the time and THANK every one and every team that participated and took this tournament serious by trying to schedule their matches, playing their games correctly and avoiding any type of conflicts.

Episode 92: Halo 3 Show with special guest: Laird

This time we talk all about the Halo 3 commercial, of course. We cover pretty much everything from the gloves to the bubble shield and much, much more. This time it’s me, JVB and Laird, our buddy from Sponsors Vs. Freeloaders and Halo Unyielding. Oh and for the record we tried to get Reaping Raven in here for the second time but it didn’t work out. LOA and XGA Present:Halo 2 CHARITY EVENT

Its time to get your team together and warm up those fingers to play halo 2 for a good cause. The LOA clan along with XGA are sponsoring a Halo 2 4v4 CHARITY EVENT for gamers across the globe to team up and help kids in hospitals this holiday season. They decided to rally competitve gamers to do some good this season and put a smile on some of these kids faces by bringing them the gift of gaming.

Ever wanted to know how and why modding works in Halo PC? Well join us as we take a tour through a game with pelicans, longswords, and modded games galore. We talk to the experts about stuff like custom maps, custom weapons, custom single player campaign levels, custom animations, custom vehicles, lag, how multiplayer works, and more. So grab your pistol and your assault rifle and let’s go frag some trucks! Our first round table is a very full one and includes foo mo, JVB, Stigmatic X, Face Head, Crypto, Unreal Chief, Spartan1118, and special guest at the end: Face Head’s mom! Sign up for the Halo 3 beta on 12/4!

Surprise, surprise! Microsoft has announced that they will be accepting signups for the upcoming Halo 3 beta (due in Spring 2007) this Monday, December 4th. The beta will be available to gamers in North America worldwide, and only a select amount of registrants will be accepted.

The Xbox Live multiplayer public beta, which is a pre-release version of the multiplayer experience of “Halo 3,” is scheduled for availability in spring 2007 exclusively on Xbox 360. This beta also represents an opportunity for gamers to participate in the development of “Halo 3.” Through the resulting feedback, Bungie Studios will be able to further refine and hone the end result of “Halo 3.”
