So the Halo Bulletin came out a little earlier than usual yesterday. (Notice this post didn’t) The bulletin this week takes a different turn from the gaming side of things and gives us an exclusive excerpt from the upcoming book: Glasslands. If you’re one that doesn’t care for spoilers, or need to fill the time, go over and take a read.
If you thing you’ve been spoiled with lots of Halo goodies for your avatar, think again. In just a few days, you’ll be able to dress up your avatar in some Elite and Flood costumes, perfect in time for Halo-ween. There are some pics of the avatar outfits on the Waypoint Blog.

This week, we have JVB on the show, the previous co-host of Podtacular. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the recording, so a lot of the one-on-one conversation we had at the beginning of the show was lost. In a nutshell, JVB has continued to put out the Post Game Report over at Talking About Games, he has, since leaving Podtacular, he has started The Bad Dudes Lifecast and his own solo podcast. He is also the community manager over at Entertainment Consumers Association. We also have late guest hosts Kete from The Running Riot and Rukizzel from the Waypoint forums. The remaining of the show that we managed to record includes us talking about the latest Halo Bulletin, which we plan to do on a weekly basis on future episodes. Finally, we talk about the multiplayer maps we will see in Halo CEA. Enjoy

Sorry for the delay on getting this out; my week’s been hectic. This week’s Halo Bulletin comes all the way from the Tokyo Game Show. There’s some discussion on what they showed and demoed there along with two new videos. The first video is yet another sound comparison and the second is the B-Roll from Breakneck, the Headlong remake that we saw IGN post a few weeks ago.
