well yes we have all passed campaign, but what if a user gets a Xbox360 today and Halo3 and does not know how to do the campain. You have to look out for new users too.
Since you can't make videos through theater when doing campaign, if we continue, then the videos would be really bad quality. A camcorder recording a tv just doesn't fly...

I think they should continue because even though most people have beat the campaign a lot of people haven't completed it on legendary and I believe a lot of people need those tips for that difficultly plus some people haven't found all the skulls or terminals either.
I think it adds nice variety, though I agree that most people have beaten it by now, and therefore everybody sends in the same exact tip of the skullls location.
I agree that the quality wouldn't be very good unless special equipment is used, but it does add some variety,

The audio campaign shows were the least popular of all the shows. They got a max of 5 submissions and all of them were the same.
Campaign just does not have the variety needed to do a show about them.
