Halo World Championship Prize Pool Grows to $1.5M Thanks to REQ Purchases

Thanks to REQ Pack purchases in Halo 5: Guardians, the prize pool for the Halo World Championship, the first official Halo Championship Series event for Halo 5, has increased to $1.5 million.  The prize pool is expected to grow as more REQ Pack sales come in.  HWC launches qualifier events next month with the finals scheduled for March 2016 with eight teams competing from around the world.  Check out the infographic below and head on over to Halo Waypoint for the full details.
